Not sure about anyone else, but my year is winding down now. I’ve completed all of my year-end reviews, and all that’s left are the compensation discussions.
Now that I’ve had a chance to reflect on the year, I realize that we’ve had a great year, and that 2006 will bring even better stuff.
What about you? Was 2005 a success? Are you hoping that 2006 is completely different from 2005? Or maybe you’re not out of the woods yet.
Make it a great day!

What an interesting topic. In my case I still have some aims to fulfill. I am involved in a couple of writing projects and I expect them to be a reality before 2006.
2005 has been much better than 2004, though I think 2006 will be even better. I have started some projects this year that should develop completely in 2006. So the balance is good, can be better and it needs a continuity in time.
Great topic Phil- thanks for a great idea!
2005 has been the most remarkable of my entire 53 years of life. I must write down my review of the year. I have had some major life changing issues in the last twelve months - time to reflect and write it down will be a great focus for me. Thanks again for the idea
